Synchronizing my contacts in Windows Phone
Windows Phone phones require you to have an account with Microsoft, to which some of your information will be associated, including your contacts.
If you did not set up your account or have not backed up your contacts, you need to do so.
From your phone with Windows Phone, go to the configuration of the device (you will see it among your applications), and then go to Mail + Accounts. Click on Add an Account and add your Microsoft account, it can be Hotmail, Outlook or Live.
When you add it, the phone automatically synchronizes your contacts, calendar and mail with your account.

We already synchronize our Windows Phone contacts with our Microsoft account. Go to a computer and open your account from the Microsoft contacts site, it does not matter if you used Hotmail, Outlook.com or Live.
