How to contact the Hotmail support center





Windows Live Hotmail allows you to send and receive email messages for school, work or for personal matters. Usually, Hotmail works the way you want, but when you have a problem or question, you need to contact someone to help you. If the Hotmail FAQ does not solve your problem, it is possible to send an email to the Windows Live Hotmail support center. Generally, you will receive the answer to your question within the next 24 hours.

Step 1
Open your Internet browser Down on the page, click on the standard Windows Live Hotmail service drawer.



Step 2
Write your question or problem in the "Search" drawer, and click on Search. Click on the topic that most resembles your problem.

Step 3
Click on the "Get more help" link in the lower right corner of the screen. Click on "Ask for support."

Step 4
Fill out the form describing your problem or asking a question. When you finish click on "Request".
